ANZAC Biscuits
Anzac biscuits are a very popular type of sweets, especially in Australia and New Zealand, that used to be sent to soldiers and in fact, still are. ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. They are probably so popular because they are very yummy and not hard to make.
